Information you share
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, selected service and message. Please avoid including passwords, financial details or sensitive manuscript material in the form.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to your request, discuss potential services and manage our correspondence. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Services that support this website
Our hosting provider processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Enquiries are sent through our email provider. Google Fonts and Unsplash images may receive your IP address and browser information when those resources load. These providers handle information under their own policies.
Storage and choices
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project or applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete information you have supplied by emailing jacobwilliams@christwrites.org. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Browser storage
The seasonal banner uses session storage to remember when you dismiss it during your visit. The website does not currently include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Your browser may still cache resources and our hosting provider may keep technical logs.
